Which TTAR should I power up?

I got somd ttar that i want to power up but dont know which one.
Ttar 1 has 1 of two ivs 10/11/15 or 13/6/15 and is already powered up to 3238cp
Ttar 2 is like the first 15/10/13 or 15/9/14 2064cp
Ttar 3 12/15/14 2068cp.
Should I keep powering up the 1st one or do i max out 1 of the others. I got enough stardust and candy to make out one of the other 2 but only 1. Lvl 34 btw ATT/DEF/HP ttars are rare for me

Dont touch the 3238 anymore. It's waaay fine at that level.

Did you catch those Tyranitar in raids? If so each must be at least 10.
Also calrify if IVs are hp/at/df Or at/df/hp

Not anyone of the three, they are too weak to be powered up.

Wait. There are so many ttar raid still go on.
I've already got 5 ttar from raid with 90 and 97 best
