Which Swinub?

I am going to evolve one of my Swinub that I have caught during the event. It will be my first Piloswine and my two best candidates are a 343 CP with 71/67% IV's and a 142 CP with 82% IV's.

Which of the two would be better to evolve? I am leaning toward the higher level one just because I would only be using it for attacking if it gets good moves and the new Pokedex entry.

Wait for the end of the event, you might get a better one by then

As already said , wait for the end of the event , otherwise I would personally go with the higher Cp the lower one is that high to justify the low level
