Which Snorlax should I power up？

I am level 27 now and I have hatched 3 snorlaxes
1) CP: 2366, level 27.5, IV: 75.6, moves: zen headbutt and hyper beam
2) CP: 2223, level 26, IV: 73.3, moves: zen headbutt and hyper beam
3) CP 1737, level 20, IV: 82.2, moves: zen headbutt and body slam
I have powered up the first two because Halloween gives me a lot of candies. Then I just hatched the third one which has higher IV and the moves are okey. Now I have 53 candies but it will take me 54 candies to power up the 82.2 to level 28.8 and my candies will be not enough for another one. But if I power up the worse two, I don't know whether it is deserve for their IV.
(Actually Snorlax is rare here. I have caught only one which CP is only 151 and it is my buddy now.)
Which one or two should I choose? I love Snorlax

Yes! especially with the "Attack" stat, attack is always important, both for attackers as it increase the dps and defenders, since it raises the max cp (so that it ends up in higher slots in gyms).
The importance of defence/hp varies depending on different pokemons: basically you want a high iv on the stat of the two that is lower (since it would be a bigger difference in percentage).
