Which Slakoth should I evolve?

Today I caught a perfect Slakoth but unfortunately it's only level 12. I also have 96% one on level 28 and don't know which one to evolve and power up. I know that there is no much difference in max CP but 100% is 100%. So what do you think I should do? Evolve one of them or wait and hope to hatch or catch one with a perfect IV and higher level?

I'd hang on to the perfect Slakoth and evolve the lvl 28 without hesitation. Then you can immediately start using him to pop up gyms

I'd choose the 100. Not because 100 is 100 tho. I would choose the 100 because it's low level and I wouldn't want to see such a weak useless ugly looking and un-cool pokemon in my top 12 with a vey high cp. It would be too painful to see everytime I load my inventory.

It doesn't matter, as Slaking is not meta relevant because of its ridiculous quick move. Even in gyms, not that useful, CP decays fast, and Machamp pounds it into submission right quick, even if it has Play Rough.

I got lucky and found a 91% Slakoth at level 35. Evolved, it has CP 4185. Still can't hold a gym for long - maybe people want to prove themselves against it, I don't know.

Put the mental energy that you spend on PoGO into a problem that matters, not this one.
