Which Slakoth?

So I'm thinking of evolving my first Slakoth, but I'm not sure which one.

I have these to chose from:

Level 35, 836cp, 12/14/11 (Att/Def/Sta)
Level 20, 525cp, 14/12/14
Level 20, 527cp, 15/11/14
Level 13, 333cp, 15/4/15

The level 35 one was the first I caught and it was the one I was going to evolve, but the two lvl 20 ones has slightly better IV.

Seeing as Slaking didn't turn out to be that amazing I wont invest any Stardust in it, so evolving the lvl 35 one would still get me a Slakoth at over 4100 cp.
The level 20 ones would only reach somewhere between 2500-2600.

The there's the question what it will be used for.
I doubt I'll use it when taking down gyms, so maybe it having high attack doesn't matter, but it's not exactly great at defending gyms, so it wont do much good there. But I'm probably more likely to put it in a gym than using it in my attack team, so defence is perhaps slightly more important.

Anyway, as you can tell I'm in two minds (or more) about this.
So I just want to know your views and suggestions.

Level 35 one, for sure. Slaking isn't worth a dust investment, so you'll get something big to stick in gyms off the bat if you evolve the high level one. There are many, many better options for attack.

The IVs aren't really significant since Slaking is not a difficult defender to beat when it's quick move does 1 damage.

Since you're just going to dump it in gyms anyway may as well evolve the level 35 one so you don't have to waste stardust powering it up and you can help people level up their gym badge slightly faster since it'll have high CP but be easy to take down.

It might be annoying seeing Slaking at the top of your Pokemon when sorted by CP since it'll never be used for attacking but that's about it.

Level 35 one for sure. No point in powering up the level 20s once evolved. I evolved a level 33 87% Slakoth last week and it instantly became my highest CP mon but haven’t used it for anything, especially since it got earthquake as a charge move

Slaking performs best as a gym defender at full motivation when a Blissey or Snorlax is already present. Therefore, you'll want a high level one with Play Rough (For fighting types). It'll serve best to help hold the heavily-fed gym of an EX-Raid.

You answered your own question. Level 35.

You can always make other higher iv ones into projects if/when the stardust cost-to-benefit ratio makes sense (eg, he gets a different fast move)

If you want a high CP one, L35.

For me, I would do the L20 one simply because I don't wanna see a Slaking as my highest CP mon when it has the DPS of a Blissey, and isn't even 1/4 as good as Blissey in defending gyms.

I’d hold off on all of them. You’ll get something better eventually. I’m telling you this as someone waiting for a decent Treecko, Torchic and Mudkip.
