Which raikou to power up

Raikou is easy to beat (almost impossible to faint), but sure not always easy to catch. If you are in an active raiding area, count on at least finding some 93% with 15a

There is still a whole month left of Raikou action. It's probably too soon to decide to power up your Raikou (unless, of course, it's already perfect). My two cents on the matter: As of now, DO NOT power up any Raikou you have unless it is 100% IV, then you are done Raikou hunting and all you need are candies to power it up. Now, unless you are satisfied with your 95% IV Raikou, just hold on to the Raikou you have, so far, and keep raiding until you can manage to get a better IV Raikou.

u should wait till the raikou runs out so maybe you'll get a better one :)
