Which Raikou to max out?

14/15/15 98% cp1906 15/13/15 96% cp1905
I went crazy today and did 12 raids catching 11/12 hoping to get 100%, at this point I am raided out and plan to take a break min 2 weeks and I am extremely happy with these option. Which would you recommend maxing out?

I would recommend the 98% as the missing attack IV does not seem to be important relatively to the damage formula. However, the difference between both of them is so tiny that you should take it easy.

Since raids I always prefer 15 Att (if I have a choice), since breakpoint could be 1-2 power ups lower and in case of legendary it usually means 10-15 RC.

I'm calling BS on this guy/girl. They have not caught 11/12 Raikous, they probably do not have any high IV Raikous.

I'm going to go look for some threads not based on fantasies :)

You seem to be upset with people who have Raikou. Did yours run away from you?
P.S. I caught 4 of 4 today and one was 98%

You're at a level in the game where you are capable of catching that many and you're seriously "asking" people which one to power up based a measly 1-point IV difference? Really?

There are boards where you can show off your mons. This isn't one of them.
