Which pokemon should Ievel up?

Kyogre, especially if you do tier 3 solos. Several different mon have 38+ breakpoints to it.

I decided to max 2 Kyogre and 2 Mewtwo...mainly bc 2nd one of both were 98%. Kyogre 15a/12/15 and 14a/15/15. M2 15a/11/15 and 15a/14/15.

I personally see no use in a Focus Blast Mewtwo especially bc lucky Machamp/Hari aren't super rare. I occasionally use each of my shadowball Mewtwos (one has PC and the other Confusion).

I use my Kyogre together somewhat often, also worth some dust/candy bc it'll be your highest CP pokemon (I purposely have a 3250 Slaking)

I wouldn't max a foxus blast mewtwo... much better to not use rare candy and just max out Machamps...

Go Kyogre. Focus Blast is awful moveand potions are everywhere around. Machamp and Hariyama do job better and faster.
