Which Pokemon to Power UP?? Please

Hey, I really dont know what to do, and I would love to have new opinios... I have 3 Gyarados, 4 Dragonites and I dont know which one to power up... I also have 2 Larvitar and I dont know which one to evolve, or if i should evolve one of them at all...
Im putting an image with my pokemons information...
Please help me. Im Level 32, and for the larvitar i only have 162 candys, so i can only evolve and power up to the max the 1st larvitar... Thanks!!

I would power up Gyarados #2 for sure -- he's going to be a beast (attack and defense).

What's your attack squad ATM? DT/O is obtainable but only a 1/6 chance so if your lacking in attackers DT/O or DB/DP is pretty solid. Gyarados w/ the 95% IVs is a must power up.

yh, i have evolved dratini to dragonite 2 times, both times i got hyper beam :/!! thanks!

Gyarados #2 for defense and max it out, evolve the Larvitar 1, but not powering up it.

Larvitar is not so hard to hatch, so if I were you I would wait for a good IV lvl 20. Why did you even asked about gyarados? just do the 98%. Dratini is along with pineco the easier pokemon to hatch from 10 km eggs, so don't worry powering up any of your nites right now, you might hatch a good IV one soon.

This is good advise. I really wish folks that post these things would mention whether they need a strong defender or offensive mon more. Or if they have duplicates of what is shown.
