I already have Arcerus (shiny ofc) because i'm special mwahahaha. But which one to power up????? Such a dilemma!

You, the most notorious "Stardust Drought" poster on the entire PokemonGoHub site, are asking about powering up an Arcerus? ARCERUS?!?!? Even if it was a Lucky Arcerus, the question is insulting. Are you seriously suggesting that you are actually willing to put Stardust into a Pokémon with less use in the Meta than a SHUCKLE - at least you can always put a Shuckle into a gym to aggravate gym attackers.
What can you do with an Arcerus? Solo Machamps? Turn Piloswines into Lucky Pokémon without needing to trade them? (Why only Piloswines? I don't get that, Niantic.) Turning regular Pokémon into their Shiny forms? Finally finish off your Ace Trainer badge by being able to Train at gyms now - as long as you use Basic Pokémon only (like... what? I'm supposed to use my Weedles for Training now? WTF?)? It can't even exchange Pidgey candies for Rare Candies, meaning it's more worthless than Diancie!! (Yes, I know it can turn Sentret candies into Snorlax candies. And once you get it to level 6.5, it will turn Rattata candies into Blissey candies. Which I will admit are nice, but I need Chansey candies to evolve my Chansey. Again, WTF Niantic?)
If you had just left the Arcerus out of the question, then maybe it would be a legitimate question. But including the most useless Pokémon in the history of Pokémon Go - Arcerus (You can't even put it in a Gym unless it's the 3rd Defender!! And even if you do get it into a gym, it takes Supra-Efficient damage from Steel types so even a Pidgey can be taken down with one hit!) - just shows how your only here to mock people.
