So I raided for these 2 kirlia and I would like to know if you would keep one which one would it be.

A weather boosted Kirlia with perfect IVs has a CP of 602. Between the two, I would keep the one with 592 CP, as it looks like it probably has pretty good IVs. The other I would use as trade-bait.
