Which One Should I Choose?

I've got a fast TM and i have good options:
Heracross 91 ivs level 20 with Struggle Bug and Close Combat
Houndoom level 27 95 ivs with Fire Fang and Foul Play
Dragonite 91 ivs level 20 with Steel Wing Hurricane and
Golem 82 ivs level 29 with Mud Slap Rock Blast
I already have two rock golems, a double fighting Hera and a Dragon tail Hurricane Dragonite all at level 36 and about 70 candies of each but Houndoom, which i have about 200 and havent a competitive one

My double dark houndoom has seen a lot of use lately. But he is super common so maybe just evolve a new one.

Houndoom. Good in raid vs alakazam, gengar and few future legendaries.
