Which one to power up?

I have 580k dust (150k reserved for Mewtwo, 75k for a Raikou, 75k for a 100% vape, 75k for a machamp, the rest undecided). Candy is not an issue for any of these.

Tyranitar 98% B/C lvl 20 (have 2 at lvl 30, 100% B/C and 96% B/SE) Gengar 67% SC/SB lvl 28 (none at lvl 30) Gengar 100% H/SB lvl 8 (none at lvl 30) Exeggutor 89% C/SB lvl 25 (somehow none at lvl 30) Exeggutor 96% BS/SB lvl 20 (none at lvl 30) Scizor 100% FC/XS lvl 7 (none at lvl 30) Pinsir 96% BB/XS lvl 28 (none at lvl 30) Rhydon 98% MS/EQ lvl 20 (2 at lvl 30, 98% MS/EQ and 51% RS/MH)

Wow, I didn't realize how many options there were until I had to type this out.

Exeggutor 89% C/SB. Maybe Pinsir 96% BB/XS to its breakpoint against Mewtwo.

I would go with the 98% Tyranitar and the Exeggutor with 89% IV and C/SB. Your Gengar with SC is an option if you lack high cp high iv zams for fast gym sweeping.

Get it over with and do that Scizor. Hardest one to obtain out of all the ones listed since the rest can be caught from Raids with the exception of Pinsir and Scizor. Plus he's better than Pinsir anyways.

Tyranitar would help you get Mewtwo, and Rhydon for Raikou.

Is the Exeggutor SeB or SoB? C/SeB is a fun generalist for sweeping low motivation gyms, if you have any need for that, and a heavy hitting defender. C/SoB is a strong grass attacker, but not much need for that right now other than Suicune.
