Which one for another dark tyranitar?

I'd like to have my 5th dark tyranitar for mewtwo raid. Which one to go and power up to the last breakpoint?
1. L20 tyranitar with crunch, 14a14d15s
2. L17 larvitar Lucky, 15a13d11s
3. L29 larvitar shiny, 12a, 80%

My current 4 dark tyranitars of IV 100, 96, 8x(*2).

Answers

Evolving and powering up the larvitars is a huge investment of candy and dust. 14/14/15 is solid, so I would pick that one as it saves you 125 candy that you can use to power it up

If you're short on dust, then #2, if you're short on candy then #1.

And if, for some reason, a uglier color scheme on Ttar makes you very happy, then do the shiny one. Shinies fight no better or worse than regular pokemon.
