Which mons we should keep in bag for raid

As raid become popular, I think it's time to discuss which mon we should keep and how many. If we need power them up, just for raid purpose, how much cp should we power them up to. Dust is rare.
3 flar 2600 cp, 3 ice lap 2200 cp for grass type
3 vap 2700 cp, 3 rhydon 2900 cp for fire type
3 egg 2400 cp, 3 dragon 2900 cp for water type
3 egg 2400 cp, 3 vap 2700 cp for ground type
3 rhydon 2900 cp, 3 rhydon 2700 cp for ele type
3 egg 2400 cp (psy/sob), 3 egg 2400 cp(psy) for fighting and poison type
I don't have good fighting mons, so I use
6 egg 2400 cp for normal type
So, you need
3 flar 2600 cp
3 vap 2700 cp
3 dragon 2900 cp
6 egg 2400 cp
6 rhydon 2700 to 2900 cp

For lvl 30 trainer, I already have the most. Will this team be enough?
Thanks

Ps: as tm is there, so IV is priority. Assume all mons have best move set

This all depends on movesets, but some are required in my opinion and some are debatable.
3 Jolteon
3 Vaporeon
3 Flareon
2/3 Machamp/Heracross
3 Grass/Solar Beam Eggy's
3 Dragonites
3 Rhydon with EQ
1-3 Tyranitar
1-3 Alakazam
1-3 Espeon
1-3 Gengar
I think that just about covers everything. Obviously they should all range between Lv 25-35 to solo stuff.

I think it ranged 25-35 honestly. Some mon's you can get away with being lower level and having multiples, right?

A new MVP: Rhydon with MS/EQ. He's good against Muk, Weezing and Jolteon, 3 gym bosses.

Dragonite and TTar are still great for their high attack output.

Machamp super valuable because Snorlax and TTar, plus Blisseys in gyms.

Vaporeon for Flareon and Arcanine

Flareon for Venasaur and Exeguttor.

You need an Alakazam, Gengar and Jolteon counter
Bite/Crunch TTar or Gary, Gengar(Double Ghost) and Golem(Double Ground).

Anything over 3k. The motivation depletion is ridiculous.
