For raids I would go with TTar, your current one has great moves but personally I would try to catch a higher IV one through raids. You can also afford to wait because with your current candies, I don't think it will be optimal for battle yet. Congrats on the 100% dragon, that can be a safe project for later. He's a great poke for damage, but not one that needs to be urgently acquired.

Which mon should I focus on maxing out?
So I'm trying to decide which pokemon I want to focus on maxing out:
Dragonair: 100% IV, CP-758, 63 candies
Tyranitar: 82.2% IV, CP-2055, 29 candies, bite/stone edge
I do have a couple fast and charged TMs. Which would you focus on maxing out? I'm conflicted because 100% Dragonite would be nice but Tyranitar seems to be the better counter in the soon to come legendary raids...
