Which Larvitar to evolve, or to wait

Been hunting for them since the start of gen 2 but been unable to get one higher than 90%. My past 20 10km eggs have been filled with shit (pinoco and mantine). I am getting unpatient and thinking of evolving one of my two options.

For those of you with tyra, which larvitar to evolve?
Attack stat most important?
Got enough candy to power up to a decent lvl.

What's your candy count? Evolve that 89!

Remove the IV Go app before you get banned.

Go for the 89%, will have higher cp than the other.

Was not aware that the IV app was seen as cheating. Will remove ASAP. Been legit the whole way, been fucked over and over by the RNG as the rest you legit players :)

Uninstalled and removed. Not my purpose to gain an unfair advantage. Never used a tracker or gps spoof. Thanks for the heads up :)

Just to clarify: IV Apps aren't inherently bad. Most of them (e.g. Calcy IV (best one on Android imo), GoIV and PokeGenie (best one on iOS imo)) are fine, they just use screenshots or record the screen to get all their info from the stuff that's displayed.

IVGo and IVFly however ask for your Login info or to connect with your Google Account. You should never do that. What they do is Login with your account and then ask the gameserver for the IVs, which is basically the same thing bots do. That's why some users of these apps have already been shadowbanned.
