Which groudon to power up? Please advise

I got 3 groudon with following stat and in dilemma to choose which one to power up? (Moveset is not a problem in this context because I got multiple TMs)
1) 14/13/14 (A/D/S) 91%
2) 15/15/11 (A/D/S) 91%
3) 15/12/13 (A/D/S) 89%

2- obviously. But it would be smart to get the other 2 to at least level 30 to take down certain boss at a raid or regular gyms. Groudon is the best ground type in Pokemon.

15 attack is the only thing that really matters on him

That's like saying a 14/15/15 is inferior to a 15/10/10. In fact, 14 attack will hit the same breakpoints as 15 attack so the 14/15/15 will clearly be superior due to the defensive breakpoints it hits.

Your forgetting about the charge move and the lower defence charges the bar quicker 15 10 10 is superior to 14 15 15

No. Lower defense is an advantage only in extreme corner cases, not as a general rule. Incoming damage is rounded (eg. has breakpoints) and then the energy gain is rounded again. This means that half the time lower defense doesn't even equate to any energy gain. And when it does mean more energy, we are talking 1 more energy per boss fast move taken. Which is in most cases completely irrelevant. Golem against Solar Beam Ho-Oh had a practical application using this, but other than that there haven't been any cases where a lower defense IV was preferable.

All are good. I think I'd do it 2, 1, 3.

You should consider having at least one SB Groudon, and one EQ Groudon. Personally, I could see working towards two of each, for when they are useful. If you're raiding with them, the ideal number to have is six, of course, but that's just too resource intensive.

Also consider that while ground isn't the strongest type, Groudon and Kyogre are the strongest mon we've seen, slightly beating out Mewtwo. Rayquaza will be in their league, and everything else is weaker than these four, at least for this generation. So why not max out on the strongest mon.

I disagree due to mud shot being awful, as a generalist dragonite and kyogre are better so I would resist powering up until and electric type raid boss comes along

I have 9 Groudon, one at 31 (EQ), one 30 (SB), one at 20 and six at 25 (most were weather boosted when caught); then Kyogre came along, and that's where I invest my very limited rare candy now. If I could, I'd bring them all to 30, they're just that good.... but are even very powerful at their current levels.

Having them helped me get over the stolen EX raid pass (well, for the most part ;)
