Which Gen III non-legendary species are not yet released in PoGo?

I remember that the Nincada family are not yet released. The non-legendary, non-regional species that I have yet to encounter or even see in gyms are Wingull, Pelipper, Spinda, Kecleon and the Clamperl family.

Wingull and Pelipper are in (ever since the sky update), I have a Pelipper already and have put it in gyms before.

The other eight that you mentioned are the 8 still missing from the game.

I wish I had the problem of not seeing any Wingull; during the Windy event I hatched 5 of them.

The rest you mention are ones I've not seen either. I don't even have any of them in my Pokedex as shadow entries. Not sure if they're unreleased, if they're Regionals or if they're just stupid-rare and no one has them in my area yet.

Apparently they need to decide how you evolve Clamperl before implementing it. Spinda has 8 sprites from what I've heard, not sure if they're stalling so they can figure out how to texture-generate for Spinda. Kecleon's ability needs coding in too.

Honestly I don't understand the problem with the clamperl family. Evolution items are already in the game, just add 2 more and be done with it.

I don't see that problem either, but maybe the way they coded these initially poses some problems. Personally I would have just made each item be used on a pokemon like potions. That way we could pick what to evolve Eevee into, using special stones, and same with Clamperl and others. For Nincada, the usage of one pokeball on it should just consume the pokeball + candy and give you a Ninjask and a Shedinja.

I hope they didn't release the nincada family because they plan to give shedinja it's ability. It will still be useless but at least it will have some novelty.

Like saving you potions if taking down a gym that has no super effective attackers, if it can beat the timer.
