Which Entei to power up?

My top Entei candidates, and I only plan to power up one (to probably about lvl 35):
13atk 96% (1914) FS/FT
14atk 93% (1914) FS/OH
15atk 91% (1910) FS/OH

I feel like the 15atk one is best for hitting breakpoints. I tried checking a few, like against Regis, and it seems like around lvl 35+ is the same damage number for most 13-15atk --in which case I'd imagine bulk is then a bonus? What do y'all think?

If you're planning on powering it up to hit the last breakpoint, then I'd go with the 91. If you're planning on maxing it out to 40, then the 96 as it will end up with slightly more bulk and should hit all the breakpoints at that level.

The other question, of course, is are you happy with Flamethrower, or do you want Overheat, and do you have a few CTMs available.

Flamethrower does less overall DPS, but can do more in an individual battle if it gets off 3 or 5 attacks to Overheat's 1 or 2 (respectively). Wish we had a tool to calculate that probability, aside from pure simulation.

Flamethrower all the way. If you plan to use Entei outside of raids (I use mine all the time), it's an enormous benefit over anything Moltres brings to bear.
