which dratini to evolve

I have 532 drantini candy and have 4 dratini:-
Lvl 20 14/10/15 86.7%
Lvl 20 15/12/13 88.9%
Lvl 27 13/15/14 93%
Lvl 28 14/13/9 80%
Which are worth the candy?

None, wait till after community day you may get a 100% shiny.

If you do not, then the level 27 93%.

Oh. Somehow didn't even notice the levels listed. The 93% already at level 27 is a bit more tempting. That is worth eventually evolving and at least bumping up to level 30.

Of those, I'd say 89% or maybe 93%.

It would be worthwhile to check a breakpoint spreadsheet. Dragonite has high base attack and Dragon Tail has high power, so breakpoints might not be as critical. Slightly lower than perfect Atk IV might be okay.

Your hunch is pretty much spot on; against Rayquaza, for instance, a 13A Dragonite w/ DT hits its final breakpoint at L34.5, while a 15A Dragonite hits it at L33.5 - lower overall stardust cost to go from L27 to L34.5 than powering up the 15A L20 all the way to L33.5.

So of this lot, the 93IV is the best option.

Wait for Community day unless you desperately need a Dragonite before that. If you do need it now, evolve the level 27 93% one since it's already so high level and has good IVs.

The Level 27 and the Attk 15 Level 20 are your best bets. But I'm going to echo the other responses and say don't evolve anything until after the Dratini Community Day event. It's not out of the realm of possibility that you might get a Level 30 with high IV's - or if things go very well, it could be a level 35. With decent IV's.

Worst case scenario, you still have lots of good Dratini, you have lots of new candies, and you can evolve those two anyway.
