Which Chansey to evolve for possible Ex Raid gym defense?

I received an ex raid for next week and I was thinking about heading to that gym a couple hours beforehand to take it down. If successful and no one can place a Blissey in first, I’ll evolve a Chansey if I have too, but which one?

1. 825CP 93% 14-14-14
2. 825CP 90% ?-15-?
3. 783CP 89% 10-15-15

I also have another 2, both 828CP 89% 15-10-15, but I take it’s best to have a Blissey with a max defense stat?

I would do #1....

Is that #3 10 atk, 15 in other stats? If so, that should get powered to ~1k CP as a chansey and used as a defender - low atk is better for the chansey, because then they can be bulkier while still staying around 1k CP so they lose motivation at minimum rate.
