Which Chansey to evolve?

I'm finally going to evolve my first Blissey, at lvl 35. Which Chansey?

Stats A/D/S
A) 15/14/11or12
B) 13/11/15

Both are lvl 20, I will power up to 30 for now. I guess my only real use is as a gym defender.

The 15/14 A/D seems a pretty good choice. Good luck with best move set though.

Standard answer has always been to pick a Chansey with 15 attack to evolve. Not as important as it used to be during the cp wars, but still seems like reasonable advice. Doesn't matter at all in the current meta, but might matter again sometime in the future.
