Which Chansey to Evolve ?

I finally have enough candies to evolve one of my Chansey into Blissey. Which one should I choose? Highest CP? Highest IV? Perfect defense?

Chansey 1: 1060 CP, 62% IV (15-8-5)
Chansey 2: 837 CP, 96% IV (15-15-13)
Chansey 3: 795 CP, 82% IV (12-10-15)

Yeah, not really much debate on this one as Blissey is someone you will want to power up ASAP.

Thanks. I only have 50 candies so will not be able to power the new Blissey up at all and maybe not for a long time since it took me almost 9 months of daily play and getting to Level 32 to just get these 3 and 50 candies by catching one, hatching two and walking 80 km with one as my buddy. Does this change your recommendation?

Are you someone that walks often? You should calculate how much candy difference there exist between option 1 & 2 and see if that off set the CP difference at level 30 or 33.5 in your case.
