Which Bulbasaur to evolve...
I plan to do one or two Venusaur evolution's today and want your guys feedback. Please help!!! Currently I am level 32 with 440K stardust and 299 Bulbasaur candy. I wound never put a Venusaur in a gym it will only be strictly used to take down opposing red and yellow gyms.

Im level 32 so I dont really need anything but I dont have a 2k CP double grass move with solar beam and would love to add a vine whip/solar beam Venusaur to my squad. If I get the right move set I was gonna power it up to 30 or about 2200 and save the rest of my candy for a 90% + Bulbasaur.
If the moveset sucks I was gonna evolve #3.
What do you guys think?

Just an FYI that the third and fourth are 91% IV and 87% IV, not 84% (assuming the IVs listed are correct at 15/12/14 and 14/14/11).
Since you were going to wait for a 90%+ Bulbasaur and you actually have one (#3) you should probably evolve him first then. If you get the moveset you'll have lots to power him up. If not you can go for #2 as a second chance and it will already be high-ish CP so it won't need as much to power up.
Thanks for the feedback. I wound up evolving #3 and unfortunately got leaf blade and petal blizzard. Still have 175 candy left. I think Im gonna go to the Burbank Bulbasaur nest this weekend and decide what to do after that...
Its atk/def/HP on my app. Your right very good eye. The HP stat is 11 not 14 and it is 84%
