- The combination revolves around the charge move psychic. Not only is psychic good against poison + grass, it's one of the most non-resistant typing against most pokemon in the meta - this is what puts it as top tier move. Water gun complements this well because it's fastest quick attack move to fully charge the psychic move bar.
- Water gun is better because it will charge up ice beam a lot faster, which is really what you want to focus getting out on dragonites. I wouldn't power it up though since there are better alternatives to dragonite that have access to quick and charge attack ice moves like dewgong.

Which is the best move set for Slowbro?
Dear Team.
I have some concern point about Slowbro move set
Due to Psychic can do a lot of damage to poison type (Grass pokemon alway have Poison + Grass) but Water gun can not do a lot of damage to grass type. Which is the best move set to counter pick Dragonite (Water gun + Ice Beam or Confusion + Ice Beam) and if I have 1 Water gun + Ice Beam (CP. 1178 with IV 93.3%) should I power up him?
