Which Articuno to spend 96k dust on?

Think #1 is the best choice but asking just in case I overlooked something (and to prevent this Q&A from becoming Trainer Code Exchange). I have 7 CTMs.

If you aren't going to get another one for whatever reason, go ahead with 1 and use a CTM on it.

I'd pick one and change IW to either IB or BZ. That said, I'd hold off until either Rayquaza officially returns or Gen 4 rolls around, with Mamoswine having potential to be an even better ice type without the rare candy investment.

None imo...

Wait for a raid that needs Articuno, otherwise mamoswine may come out before you need it and make Articuno pretty useless...

Other ice types do the job almost as well anyways, don't they? I don't think Articuno is worth investment. Maybe if 1 was perfect / you just REALLY like Articuno...
