I hit the 38 lvl and now I want to power up some of my 100 IV mos to top!
Candidates:
Gyarados dark
Charizard Fs/Fb
Poliwrath Rs/Dp
Hitmontop
Blastoise
dugtrio
slopoke (king or bro)

Poliwrath is a good option for TRex and Snorlax.

What's FP for Charizard? Facepalm?
AFAIK, Charizard can't learn Fire Punch.

I vote for Slowbro.
With Confusion you will have a top defender rarely seen in gyms, especially not maxed out.
