Where is Finneon?

Water biomes are your best bet. That and rainy weather. Not much else you can do, they are stupid rare.

I'm fairly confident they're going to jack the spawns up after a while or just end up hatching one from an egg if they move them to egg pool because RNG, so im in no rush to get them, its just a dex filling fish.

Caught mine in the middle of a park. Was raining that day. Just keep your eyes on the radar - anything that's a shadow, meaning it's not in your pokedex, will show up first up to about a mile away. When you see a shadow, go get it if you can.

They are not regional so don't worry about that. I'd imagine they're pretty rare, also don't forget that we have an Ice event happening right now so event spawns are the focus.

They should be more common when the event ends. But honestly, I rarely see water types where I live. I haven't even seen a Goldeen since the Kanto event ended.

Hey man, I caught one in brickell in miami next to the water about 4-5 days ago. Good luck! to be honest it's a crappy pokemon and so is the evolution but i understand you gotta fill out that dex.

I caught one in the middle of England nowhere near any water, and the weather was Sunny, but water biomes probably are your best bet by a long shot.
