Is there any chance that you can get access to 10km eggs? And where they usually spawn? My last hatches gave a lot of dratini and they seem to be fairly commom. See whether this works or not. By the way, a player told my friend and I that 10km eggs spawn more in certain positions and perhaps in certain time, which the time one I cannot prove it. But my friend proved it, however, that a particular position at night time does spawn a lot of 10km eggs. At midnight I tried another position and got two 10km eggs in a row. Worth a try.

Where to find Dratini in SoCal?
I live in Riverside county, California but they practically never spawn here. My only way of getting Dratini candies whatsoever is chasing after any Dragonite I see on our local twitter feed or hatching 10ks.
I got screwed on the moveset for my 100% Dragonite so I want to accumulate enough candies to evolve my 96% and 93% Dratini. Any places near Riverside I can visit where I can evolve my two Dratini?
