Where on earth (well, in Singapore) am I going to find 10 Ghost-types?

They spawn more at night. Also, gastly is a reward for some of the quests.

I got a quest for 3 treeko or mud skips and was feeling so excited and lucky when I hatched a mud skip only for find out that hatchings don't count. I would suspect a raid would count just because after the raid you do have to throw the balls and catch it.

Is there really no ghosts after midnight? For me it's not like everywhere, but I got 10 in half an hour without tracker.
BTW this task could be annoying for kids.

A day of trying to find ghosts I got 2 Sableyes. Left my residential area and went downtown, caught 15 Gastly in 30 minutes.

Hi, I'm from SG too.
It appear more frequently from 9pm-9am. I caught a handful on them during lures spawns and caught 2-3 more on slighting. Just move around and you will see. Good luck.

I'm from Singapore. In my area, ghost types spawn pretty regularly at night, mainly Shuppet and to a lesser extent Gastly. In fact I think the spawn rates have increased. Walk around your neighbourhood around 10 or 11pm? I completed the task within a day and a half without trying hard (just catching whenever something pops up on my nearby or if I happen to stumble across one). Ditto on the other hand.....

Get on a cheap flight to Thailand ... we have plenty Ghost Mons here. Seriously! Niantic increased the spawn rate for Shuppet and Ghastly so plenty to catch here in Bangkok. We have a Shuppet nest at Chatuchak Park (links to subway and skytrain). I went there and completed the 10 ghost task in 15 minutes. Unfortunately the shuppet nest will rotate late tonight but there may be another for the next two weeks.
