Where are the Pokémon?

Is anyone else experiencing issues where Pokémon aren't showing up in nearby/sightings or in the wild? I'm in Singapore and have been seeing this for 90% of the day in several locations. Could it be some new anti-spoofing attempt (I'm legit by the way)? If so, I prefer it the old way.

overall spawn rate seems to be decreased for me lately (although funnily enough I am finding more dratini then i used to)

Hello fellow Singapore citizen! :) Not sure bout the lesser sightings but for me not a big problem since I'm just a casual player. Maybe it's where u live that's the problem? ( I live in pasir ris btw )

Do not bother to play on the MRT. Not a single Pokemon will spawn.
