When you catch a Mon is it's level always a whole number?

For example is it possible to catch a Pokemon at level 14.5? Or is it always going to be level 14 or 15, not in between. Thanks

To my knowledge they are always a whole number. At least for all the IV's I've done the ones caught are only whole numbers.
