When will you use tyranitar instead of dragonite for attacking?

Assuming tyranitar with B/SE and dragonite DB/DC?

Vape = nope
Snorlax= Yeah Heavy slam though
Blissey = Yeah only DG to watch out
Any other matchups?

DB/DC will never not be used when I'm attacking. Especially since it got buffed in this update. However, I'd still love to use a Tyranitar at some point.

Actually, Bite and Crunch has higher cycle DPS than Bite and Stone Edge, mainly because you can use 3 Crunches in a full charge bar.
