When will I be ready to solo tier 3 raids?

A week after my return from hiatus, I have seven optimal-moveset level-30 wonder attackers:
1. DT/OR Dragonite
2. MS/SE Rhydon
3. Bite/HP Gyarados
4. Count/DP Machamp
5. RT/SE Golem
6. Conf/Solar Exeggutor
7. RS/DP Poliwrath

A WG/HP Vaporeon will join my squad once I have enough Charged TMs. The hunt for my first Tyranitar continues (but I have 123 Larvitar candy and 50 rare candy).

Probably not. Maybe Porygon.

Edit: seeing now your question was when. I would recommend at least 3 preferably 4 specialized counters per boss before attempting to solo. Rhydon is trash for soloing and I usually throw a dragon in for my last slot as a generalist. I would recommend fast and charge moves of the same type when possible. Some exceptions of course but generally speaking.

Looks like you might have enough to try the new "easy" T3's porygon & scyther. You should try to find some solid eevees and get a few high level Espeons which will serve as the base of your Machamp and Gengar squads. Good luck!

Its my opinion based off experience that Espeon is incredibly frail. I much prefer dragons for Machamp. Especially hurricane but outrage is OK too.

I take my Dratini biome for granted too! I have another three Dragonites, with SW/DP, SW/Hurr and SW/HB (only the first is anywhere near level 30) and six wonder Dratinis (none near level 30 though).

Machamp I use (no dodge):
1. 2511 C/FS Espeon
2. 3314 Mewtwo C/ShB
3. Insert any 2300 to 2450 Alakazam
4. 3213 DT/Hurricane Dragonite
5. choice of 3 Exeggutors--2554 C/SoB; 2510 C/SoB; or 2494 EX/Psy
6. 3152 Lugia EX/Sky Attack

The OP could use 2 Exeggutors; 2 Dragonites; 2 Espeons or 2 Alakazams...hope for Close Combat, dodge with the glass cannons

MysticBossFred, yes Espeon is frail compared to D'nite but has more survivability than Zam. My personal blend is based on charge move.
CC =4 Espeon/Zam & 2 D'nite
DP = 3 psychic & 3 D'nite
HS = 2 psychic & 4 D'nite
But Espeon is much easier to get than Zam or D'nite so go with what you got.

Porygon shouldn't be a problem.

If you live in the city or have the possibility to go there try to join some raids. Golem, Tyranitar & Machamp are a must have for doing solo raids. Otherwise do the Eevee tactic and evole 2-3 of them with high level (regardless IV) to Flareon but don't invest stardust. Combined with your Golem it would make Scyther raids possible.

For other raids I don't see it right now. If you have a map which tells you the moveset than Machamp with close combat would be the next easy one. For him you need lvl 30 Espeons (Alkazam is also good) and change your Eggy to double psycho and your Dragonite to Hurricane.

For all others you need a higher level (not only level but also the stardust)

I beat Scyther with Dragonite (30 DT/O), Golem (29,5 RT/RB), Tyra (20 B/SE), Arcanine (30 FF/FB) and Zapdos (27 CB/TB).

You have comparable Dnite and your Golem has the better charge move. If you can round out the team well enough you might have what it takes to take down Scyther!

If this site is to be believed, Porygon is even easier. I've never tried it but I dare say that your Machamp, Dnite and Eggy could already do the majority of the work.

Tl;dr: If you have good enough sub-30 Pokémon, the answer to your question is - now.
