When does niantic start to improve rural situations?

I think raid time or difficulty based on raid level and group size would be cool. And doesn't seem like it would trivialize the current system any more than Niantic has already shown to be comfortable with.

I'm afraid they are not going to improve anything for rural players at all. It's not where the big money is.

When you move

I read something on TSR/Reddit where a Niantic rep discussed EX-raids and other changes and said there would soon be "greater parity" between urban and rural players. They are apparently aware and working on the problem. It sure can't get worse than it already is.
