Whats does mean "Energy Delta"?

I was looking into moves list and every move have a stat called "Energy Delta", I want to know what that means.

Take this opportunity to ask is there any guide with the formulas to calculate the DPS or the energy gained per second, for example?

Thanks for your time.

Energy per use, I believe
As in how much energy it gives for being used in battle each instance of the attack

Delta often means "change" in formulas, so "energy delta" = change in energy.

Calculating energy gain is simple. Gamepress already lists energy gain per second for fast moves but it's just energy gain per use/move animation time.

DPS is more complicated. The raw DPS of a move is its damage per use/move animation time, but for charge moves that doesn't tell a whole lot. Usually we calculate the weave DPS of the moveset, meaning the overall DPS of the entire cycle of using the fast move to gain 100 energy, then using the energy for charge move(s). Or better yet, run simulations on GoBattleSim or pokebattler and compare the results.
