What's your potion management strategy?

How do you prioritize potion use? Always use least potent to clear bag space, try to use most efficient ption for hp loss, use up max revive max potions first to not waste time looking up each mon's individual potion loss, something else?

I use the most efficient potion for hp loss. Not trying to waste potion. If i have an abundance of regular potions and running low on the others then ill use those to clear my bag to try and stock up on max revives or max/hyper potions.

1) Revive pokemon that faint while fighting so I know when a defender has been kicked from a gym.
2) Leave pokemon injured after fighting.
3) Heal pokemon when I need them.
4) Heal pokemon with regular potions as I walk around collecting pokestops, starting with the ones I use most often.

I live on a pokestop lol so I use whatever I have available when I'm out taking gyms, if I need to, and then I use potions as I get them when I'm home. Guess I'm lucky in that aspect.

I have never used Max Revives though. Don't really know what to do with them since I always have plenty of regular Revives. I'm sitting at 45 atm.

It depends what time I've got. In the middle of battle rounds I'll probably over power them with high potions just for speed. After the battle I'll probably use up the lowest. I never seem to run that low on potions anyway, but then I'll often prestige with unwanted evolves/Raticates/Pidgeottos that I can transfer.
