I only have one shiny dratina. Keep as is or evolve into dragonair
Do you have a pressing need for more dragons? It is a bit difficult to help without more information. If you like shiny dragonite i'd say go a head, if you want to evolve your best iv ones, we will need a bit more information on its ivs and how they compare to the iv's of any other dratini you may have.

Do you have any other dratini you've caught this weekend and/or the ability to dratini swap to try for better ivs?
If you have some personal attachment to shiny dragonite, i'd say evolve it, iv's arent as important as people let on, they do impact preformance but all ivs spreads tend to be of similar preformance for the same moveset.
