What would you do with those 2?

Alakazam: CTM to Future Sight.
Omastar: keep it that way.

Alakazam is transfer or trophy, and that Omastar is just trophy. Or level up the Omastar, but only if you generally max out 100 per centers.

I would make them mustache wrestle, then take the winner out for ice cream. Alakazam would be extra motivated, to finally have a use for those spoons.

Okay, since jokes apparently get deleted around here, have a serious answer too, that interprets the question the way you meant it. I would keep them both, but never use either for anything, because that Omastar isn't all that useful, and the Alakazam is too low level to want to bother with, especially with the amount of stardust you have. Your original picture had their CP, power up costs, and move sets completely cropped off, so there wasn't enough info for a real answer when I responded the first time.

I actually caught a Wild lvl 2 Omastar 100iv as well during an event. He was taking up space so I flushed him down the toilet to the Professor and now he is someone’s lunch. Yum, Escargots

Honestly, the Alkazam is too low level and is not worth the investment in Stardust to power him up. I would probably keep him and possibly power him up when I am level 38 or so and might have spare stardust to use on him as a project.

The Omanyte is more interesting, but is not a priority to power up. Perhaps you could consider to power him up slowly as a project when you have spare stardust and sufficient candy.

I have a handful of 100% mons - I certainly keep them (even a Hoppip which I evolved into a Jumpluff), but I don't power them up unless they are useful mons with the right movesets (100% Snorlax is the only one I have powered up).

The zam is too low level to be worth the investment. He isn't trophy worthy either at 98%.
Under the old gym system, I powered an Omastar just like that one to L31. He was quite useful then. Though I still use him, I wouldn't power him now. Keep him as-is for now. With double fire resistance, he may become useful in Niantic changes things. If not, he's a nice trophy.

I would power them both up honestly. Actual IVs can never be changed. Would you power up that Alakazam with the same IVs if it was a Level 20!?

I’ve powered up lower level Pokémon and 1 extra stat to make it a 100% because you can’t change IVs. Worth every bit of candy and stardust.

The cost to level up a Pokémon from the lower levels to 20 is minute compared to the level 35 and above range. I’ve maxed out for my level a level 4 100% Blastoise that is now a Level 37.5. Would do it again to any high IV Pokémon.

Stop trying to race everyone and instead build the best team possible. I would take that Alakazam off of you and power it up myself anyday FREE.
