What to use a Fast TM on...

Just got my third fast TM and having a tough time deciding what to use it on. Here are my options:

1) 89 Dragonite SW/Outrage - already have a maxed DB/DC and have a 100 DB/DP that I plan on using a charge TM on. Not sure if I should guarantee DT/OR or go for DB/OR or Hurricane.
2) 96 Machamp BP/CC - Already have a high IV, C/DP one that is maxed. Not sure I want to spend the stardust to max another but can't go wrong having two good Machamps.
3) 93 Arcanine S/FB - My fav fire type and hate the slow speed of Fire Spin and Ember on Flareon...
4)93 Flareon E/Overheat - Don't have a strong pure fire type and using it on him would give me the highest DPS fire type.
5) 100 Golem MS/Rock Blast - Just maxed a RT/SE one but can't go wrong maxing a 100 IV poke
6) 93 Lapras WG/B - Already have an IS/IB one, which is the best defensive moveset. This would be a better attacker.

Thoughts on what I should do? Any input would be helpful.
