what to power up these days other than the obvious?

The obvious would be every mon over 3000cp right, well at least for me. Other than that what should i juice that could have multiple functions (regular and legendary raids, defending, attacking, good cp ceiling) id appreciate your opinions on this. And also i have a ZH/P exeggutor is he worth powering up?

For what?

Simple answer : go to the pokemon list and power up everything that is over 9.5/10, except Blissey and Snorlax, which haven't got a lot of interest as the current gym system is not interesting.

Nowadays, legendary counters and 100% mons get the traction for power up... at least for me.

ZH/ P is suboptimal, E is better than ZH so you may use a fast TM in order to power up, but still I think it doesn't worth the dust

Unless you are trying to solo Machamp raids, I'm not sure the difference is too important.

But I am also still holding out hope that Zen Headbutt is improved in a way to make not so directly comparable to Extrasensory.
