What to power up next?
So, after release of gen 3, i finally power up some of my mons who wait only to this moment, when the moveset changes will be known. This is mons which i power up:

Which in your opinion should I choose to power up? The most i think about Ho-Oh, Pinsir, Scizor or Victreebel.

None of them honestly. Most of the mons listed you're better off finding a high level wild catch and evolving that even if it has worse IVs than your level 20 mons. Now even more so that boosted weather lets you find wild mons above level 30.
Snorlax is maybe worth it if you're in serious need of another decent defender. You have zero need for Ho-Oh since its only niche is countering Machamp steel movesets, but your powered up Lugia is already plenty enough for getting through those. Pinsir has no meta relevancy, steel Scizor might be valuable as a Gardevoir counter but you should wait and see first and Victreebel you should never spend stardust on. It's worse than Exeggutor in pretty much every way.
Obviously if something makes you happy in this game you should go with that, that's what the game is for. But when someone asks for advice, I think the assumption is they want to optimize their gameplay. They wouldn't be asking those questions if they knew they wanted to power up a perfect Victreebel (I would too if I had one).
