cant you read stuff on the website. 6.5 is like a D in grade in school. do you think a D is good? cuz they wont let you graduate if you have a D on your report card. dont waste too much time on a 6.5 mon. whats the point huh? there are better pokemon that can replace that pokemon
power up poliwag, eevees, exeggcute, they can get you pokemon 9/10 and above. the rest are trash.
Why do you think someone else will able to answer this question any better than you can? What info are you lacking that keeps you from making your own decision? If you've looked through all the pages on this site, you know just as much as the rest of us.
Even though I think you're fully capable of answering your own question, I'll give you my thoughts. Don't bother spending stardust to power up any units that aren't at least rated 8/10 or better. Or that are in the 'Gym Defenders Tier List'. Stardust is hard to have enough of, and eventually you'll get good units that you want to spend it on.
I only power up pokemon I plan to use as gym defenders. Units like Pidgeot, Jolteon, Raichu, etc, are good attackers, but I don't waste my stardust on them, because eventually you'll always find a better one in the wild. And having lower CP attackers is actually beneficial for boosting your teams gyms.
In summary, only bother powering up the top ranked gym defenders for the time being.
