What's with the move variants in the Moves List?

I was looking through the moves list and saw these. What are they?

The ones marked (Blastoise) are moves found in the 'Game_master' file...and have always been there.
These are fully spec'd moves that have not been allocated to any pokemon in particular.
The general consensus is that these are for testing purposes...and they show that standard moves can have individual specs for power, cooldown etc (is this a hint for what will happen with Slaking?!!?!?)

The other 'Wrap (Green/Red) I am not sure on - and I am sure someone will come in with more accurate information to correct me - but at a guess I would suggest these are new moves that have recently been found in the 'game_master' file.

GP list all known and verified official moves (no speculation), even if they are not yet allocated to a specific pokemon.

They are unused placeholder moves. Probably like MissingNo in early pokemon games, where the developers started to program something, assigned it an index number, but then later removed it. The index number and a placeholder name remains but is unused.
