What move is 2nd best after Shadow Ball?

Let's see. Other than SB, there's a couple others I see.

Ominous Wind
Shadow Punch

Which of these are the best? (I left Shadow Sneak off because I already know it sucks)

Shadow Punch, Night Shade, Ominous Wind, in that order. Shadow Punch wins on lowest cool down although all 3 are pretty poor & way behind Shadow Ball on DPS.

Shadow Claw, Lick, and Shadow Ball are the only good ghost moves.
