What's missing from your Pokedex?

Level 34. No pupitar. No Militank.

If it makes you feel any better I didn't get my first Snorlax until just before raids began, from a hatch and only one I'd seen before that was a 23xx co that ran from me. I must have been about level 33 at the time. I'm 36 now. Sorry you haven't been able to get in a raid :(

The only two I'm missing that I should have already are Ursaring and Blissey, but it's not for lack of candy to evolve. Just haven't found/hatched a teddi or chansey with good IVs to evolve.

And I'm missing unown, but that's understandable.

Lv38 here. Just missing the unreleased and regionals except Corsola. Never hatched a snorlax. Caught two in the wild before raids. Got Muk from a raid. Had the candy to evolve for it, just didn't have a worthwhile candidate.

After raids became a thing I joined in the local discord page. Until a week or two ago there was a scanner attached to it. I was lucky enough to (cheat) get two unown when it was up: Q & C. It was the only thing I registered to the Dex with the use of a scanner. I don't feel bad about it. No one would have found either at a daycare center at 5:45 am or the middle of a very empty parking lot mid afternoon. I feel its justified since it was the only thing I was actually missing.

Ivysaur, Hitmonchan, Aerodactyl, Blissey, Donphan, Scizor, Steelix (can't find good IV ones)

L34 and no Tangela! Never hatched one & never seen one in the wild.

Level 34. Flaaffy (I have Mareep, a wild-caught Ampharos, and enough candies, just waiting for the right sheep)

Hitmonchan and Hitmontop. I hatched a good number of Tyrogues when I started playing, haven't had one in months now.

Unown. My white whale.

Some regionals and other beasts (never travelled to a foreign country)
Scizor (ready to be evolved)
Porygon2 (lack good IV ones and candies)
Politoed (too crappy to hit evolve once)
Unown (too rare)
Ampharos (still gathering rare candies)

Mewtwo (damn it, should have raided the Magikarp if I knew an EX raid was coming soon)

For both snorlax and lapras, it took many months of playing before the shadow ever even appeared in my "nearby". I was able to catch the snorlax, but I was riding a ferry when I first saw the lapras. However, within a week of the sightings I hatched 2 of each. Now I see them much more frequently (snorlax ~1 per 2weeks, lapras ~1 per month).

Those were hard to come by, but I've got everything now (lv36.5) except regionals (inc beasts), yet to be released mons, and unown. (240/244)

My pokédex' at 209. But I'm only a lv33 rural player. I wonder what is a full pokédex right now, 246??

Level 35. The only ones I'm missing are regionals (except Tauros), unreleased legendaries (including Mewtwo), Unown,........ and the Porygons. I've hatched nearly 550 eggs and nothing. I've also gotten 10 upgrades that just feel like crummy jokes. One day it'll happen!

Level 32. I am very lucky in general in hatching eggs, got good dratini and chansey that I evolved in bestial Dragonite ad Blissey. Hatched also 2 Snorlax with beautiful IV.
Missing: Ninetales (no good IV vulpix yet), Primeape (same thing), Farfetch'd, Tauros, Kangaskhan, Heracross, Corsola (i'm italian), Hitmonlee and Hitmontop (never seen in the wild, no tyrogue that would predictably turn into), Flaaffy and Ampharos (waiting for the good IV sheep), Bellossom (same thing).
I am unlucky with eevees so I miss also Esp and Umbreon, even if I have so much candies.
I do not have Unown. I could go to Rome and Milan for the Unown event and gather some E.U.R.O.P., and fill also the kangaroo hole in the Dex, but I was too lazy to travel those days. I regret that right now....

I'm level 37, the one I miss is Unown, its so rare that only players who spoof can get it for sure, I have regionals who is Tauros, Heracross and Corsola, but lack the other ones, the rest of the Dex got them from eggs and rare spawns

So no, because the ones I'm missing are not currently obtainable for me. Egg hatches and special events helped me complete my Dex. I'll get the missing ones.... eventually.

Level 36. Missing Sunflora and Bellossom, but have everything else (including Mewtwo and Unown)... stupid Sun Stones

Articuno and Moltres. Too many of them ran away. Somehow I caught 4 Zapdos though.

For non-raidable Pokemon, Ampharos. Also unown, but that is insanely hard to find even with tracker maps.

Level 35 but I'm picky. Have over 300 male Nidoran candies but still have these missing or blacked out cause I only do 91% and above if it's something you don't really see in the wild and requires candies to evolve.
Don't have a Dragonite either because of the same issue. Don't have a good Dratini yet either but have the candies for a Dragonite. Missing a Kingdra for the same reason. Then all the regionals to complete Gen 1.
Not too worried on Gen 2 until I finish Gen 1.
