Big daddy red has some good videos of him doing raids with his family. They are able to take out most level 4 bosses with just the 4 of them, levels 30-36 I believe. So level 38+ trainers with level 35+ counters should be able to do these with 3 people, maybe 2 if there are some really good counters (maxed out mewtwo, moltres, entei against victreebell, maxed out exeggutors against golem, etc.).

What is the minimum trainers needed assuming high level for new level 4 bosses
With new bosses Poliwrath, Victrebel, Golem, Nido king and queen, assuming high level 38-40 trainers with good counters at level 35-Max does anyone have an idea of how many trainers are needed to defeat.
Victrebel I think 2-3 prob 3 unless all max counters
Anyone have idea assuming not all counters are max but at least min 35 level

The Queen is a bit harder for sure because she has better def stats. Both should be easy with 3 at least.
Poliwrath you need 3 and Golem as well.
This only counts if you know the people. Otherwise don't take the risk even if they are high level and add at least one Trainer
