What legendary do you think will be after mewtwo?

Sounds like Garatina is a possibility but Rayquaza and Groudon also haven't returned so...

They teased Giratina, so I think its safe to assume that its up next, we haven't heard about any other legendaries. IF they're planning to release gen 4 after mewtwo leaves, I doubt they'd start a gen 4 release with gen 3 raid bosses

Giratina seems a strange choice at this time. Why not players get excited about the new gen 4 spawns first and release gen 4 legendaries at a later time?

For longer term profits i'd think they'd be better off re-releasing ray/groudon with shiny forms next.

With Halloween coming up and Giratina being ghost type I'd argue there isn't a better time to pick it. Besides, the re-release shiny runs are always a shorter duration than initial drops.

Also as mentioned, Groudon was released with the first wave of Gen 3 so this isn't exactly new territory.

Giratina's debatably the easiest of the sinnoh dragons, having the most weaknesses and being weak to the shadow ball mewtwo and SC gengar most players have, as well as the dragons we have. Its best weaknesses are pokemon we've already got and the month of it will allow us to build up out sinnoh pokemon for use agaisnt the other 2 dragons.

I bet they’d do it in the same order as Gen 3: the two initial title legendaries, Dialga and Palkia, followed by the more superior legendary, Giratina. Afterwards moving on to the lesser legendaries of the generation.

As for re-releases of Groudon, Rayquaza or others, I’m skeptical. Every re-release has seemed very random. Kyogre showed up out of nowhere, same with Ho-oh. Lugia has made something like 3 appearances now, with no return of the legendary dog trio. To me it’s really weird and random, and Niantic could re-release ANY legendary at ANY time.

Predictions are not really going to be accurate or even relevant, in my opinion, as people are gonna do the raids regardless. (unless it’s the Regi trio, which should’ve had a shorter timeframe)

They’ve announced they’re making major changes and improvements to several mechanics in the game, and we don’t know all the details yet. There are so many things that are up in the air right now.

I'm leaning towards Rayquaza, simply because so many good Ice pokemon in G4 will crush it, so better to do it's rerelease/shiny form before G4. I'd guess a week to 10 days of Ray, possibly dropping some of the G4 ghosts, and then Giratina with the rest of G4.

Giratina.

It's a Ghost-Dragon. It would be released a week before Halloween. It's a Legendary. It's essentially a no-brainer.

I could see them doing a Rayquaza/Groudon mix as well, with the Shiny forms for both, but the timing for Giratina is just too perfect for it to be anything else.
