What is the last raid you lost and ran out of time to redeem the defeat?

Started a Jynx with less than 5 minutes on clock. Didn't know the moves (obviously), fainted a bit before the end, had enough time to rejoin. However, wasted a few seconds switching bc first on recommended 2nd team was 2711cp dt/SE Aggron. Confusion/Avalanche messed my Moltreses up. I have a max Mewtwo but it has confusion, so I picked the PC one. What have you narrowly missed and could have used some more time to adjust?

Claydol, I completely emptied his health bar with Kyogre, 2 Gengars, and a fleet of Exeggutors in sunny weather but the timer stole the win from me. I still don't have a Claydol :(

If you had more and more chances would your team have been your best team? I obviously should have put something else in there to tank bc the boss gains substantial health after you rejoin. Instead of 1 or both Moltres, another 2500 Flareon, 2550 Arcanine, 3411 B/C Tyranitar, another level 30 PC/ShB Mewtwo, fast TM my max ShB Mewtwo?*** A level 38.5 HP Kyogre would have lasted long enough as a tank anchor

I probably would have put Sceptile in the last slot because Claydol ate one of my Solar Beams and got his health back towards the end

Today, Lugia (HP), six of us plus some newb kid in a nearby house. We were all hitting with Kyogres, Mewtwo, Dragonites, and didn't have quite enough punch to take it down, despite two tries. But we did get a good laugh at what the anonymous kid was fighting with.
Maybe we should have just went with T-Tars and taken the damage.

Raids, and particularly short-manned raids (like a 6 man Lugia), require DPS and I’m not sure kyogre, mewtwo, and dragonite meet the requirement? Maybe if it was windy?

First choices would be Raikou and Ttar. Heck even the old Golem attackers could prove more effective than Kyogre.

Rematch, exact moves C/AV. Same Entei and Tyranitar plus three 25xx Flareons. Anchor would have been my big Kyogre, but last Flareon had a sliver left.

Two Jolteon (Thunderbolt, no weather boost) raids, where I only had time for one respective two attempts.

First time I manage take that Jolteon moveset down I used five attempts, to get those pesky final seconds on my side.
